Demarcus Bowser
With 20 years in business and data analysis—and a sharp eye for photography—Demarcus brings both logic and lens to the WithLove team. An Air Force veteran and MIS graduate, he’s worked with top companies as a contractor and spent over five years capturing standout moments in pageantry, from Miss USA to Miss Black USA. At With Love, he bridges insight and image with ease and with Love.
Dr. Elja Roy
With a Ph.D. in Communication Studies, Dr. Elja Roy teaches Film & Video at the University of Memphis.
Her films—Musical Mangrove, Amar Bose: The Sound and the Silence, and others—have screened at the COP26 and the Chicago South Asian Film Festival, winning honors for their storytelling, cinematography, and cultural insight.
Off-screen, Elja co-founded Kathokota, a beloved audiobook platform with 175+ stories. At With Love, she brings a fierce belief in the power of media to heal, connect, and transform with Love.
Ashim Datta
With over 40 years in the wild, wonderful world of advertising, Ashim has seen it all—from hand-drawn layouts to pixel-perfect digital campaigns. Trained in applied and commercial art, he’s part artist, part strategist, and full-time ideasmith.
A natural thinker and a seasoned visual translator, he doesn’t just yield ideas—he dresses them in pixels, sometimes even arms them with punchlines, and sends them out to charm both eyes and minds.
At With Love, he is our in-house banyan tree—deep-rooted, ever-wise, and branching out with insight and with Love.
Diksha Datta
A multidisciplinary artist, a PhD scholar in Ecology, Diksha works at the intersection of visuals, words, sound, and moving images. She sees art from multiple dimensions, bringing a rare mix of scientific insight and artistic intuition to everything she creates.
At With Love, Diksha is the happy-go-lucky face with the mind of a serious critic—connecting the traditional and the contemporary with Love.
